1. Who we are
KB NOWSALE LIMITED operates this website. Company number: 17140347, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 292712, Office Suite 29a, 3/F 23 Wharf Street, London, England, SE8 3GG.
For business enquiries or privacy requests, email kbnowsale@outlook.com or telephone +44 7407 857805. You can also use our Contact page.
KB NOWSALE LIMITED is responsible for personal information it receives for its own business purposes. This notice covers the current website and the handling of business enquiries sent to our published contact details.
2. Information entered on this website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. This processing is separate from the enquiry form contents. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details of its handling of this information.
The enquiry tools ask for equipment category, model, quantity, budget, delivery country and additional requirements. The Contact page also lets you enter a name, company and reply email into an enquiry summary.
All fields are handled in the open page on your device. The website has no server submission endpoint, so completing a form alone does not send its contents to KB NOWSALE. Opening an email draft puts the summary into your email application; you then decide whether to send it. Avoid entering sensitive personal information into free-text fields.
3. Copying, downloading and sending an enquiry
If you choose Copy enquiry, the summary is written to your device clipboard, subject to browser permission. If you choose Download enquiry, a text file is saved to your device. You control whether and where you subsequently send that information.
If you separately send an enquiry to KB NOWSALE, the business will receive the information in your message. This may include your name, company, email, telephone number, delivery location and purchasing requirements.
4. Purposes and lawful bases
When an enquiry is received separately, we use the information for responding to the request, preparing quotations, discussing equipment requirements and managing the business relationship. For business representatives, we rely on legitimate interests in handling and responding to relevant B2B enquiries. Where you are personally a contracting party, necessary pre-contract steps or performance of the contract may apply instead. Records required by law are processed on that basis.
Information provided for an enquiry is not a request to join a marketing list. This website does not have a newsletter subscription feature or make automated decisions about you.
5. Access, sharing and transfers
The current website does not transmit form entries to third parties. Local assets are included with the website; there are no embedded maps, external font requests or analytics integrations.
When you send an enquiry, information may be handled by authorised business personnel and providers of email, document storage or business administration services. Relevant details may be shared with delivery partners where needed to fulfil an agreed order, and with professional advisers or public authorities where necessary. Personal information is not sold for advertising. Where processing outside the UK is subject to transfer restrictions, appropriate safeguards or another permitted transfer basis must apply. You can ask us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
6. Retention and security
Entries in an open form are not stored by the website in cookies or browser storage. Downloaded files and clipboard contents remain under your control; delete them or clear your clipboard when no longer needed.
For information received separately, we retain it while needed to answer an enquiry, maintain an active quotation, fulfil an order, administer the business relationship or meet legal record-keeping and dispute requirements. Retention is assessed against those purposes; unnecessary enquiry information is removed when it is no longer needed. Records relevant to an order may need to be kept longer than an unsuccessful enquiry.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use.
Make a rights request by emailing kbnowsale@outlook.com. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the records concerned. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
8. Cookies, external links and updates
See the Cookie Policy for the current storage configuration. External websites have their own policies. This notice will be updated when the website or the way information is handled changes.
